• 18 years old or above
• Completed 12 years of formal school education or equivalent
• Completed a preparatory education course for entering a Japanese university after graduating from an equivalent upper-secondary course overseas
• Completed at least 1 year of Japanese-language education at an institution approved by the Minister of Justice
• Obtained at least 200 points in BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test JLR T Listening/Reading test
• Obtained JLPT N2 or above
• Attendance rate of 90% or above
