Those who have completed secondary education (high school level) in their home country that qualifies them for admission to a university or other institution of higher education. 3. Those who have a financial sponsor with sufficient assets to cover the expenses required for their studies and living expenses during their stay. 4. Individuals who can submit a certificate of completion of 150 or more hours of Japanese language study at a Japanese language education institution
or a certificate of passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5 or other Japanese language proficiency tests listed in Section 8. Application Documents
