Foreign applicants: 12 years of school education completed in home country or completion of Japanese language school by March 2027; 6+ months Japanese language education at certified institution OR JLPT N3+ (TEC) / N1 or N2 (EV) OR 200+ points on EJU Japanese OR N2-equivalent level; 85%+ attendance at Japanese language school; financial ability for 2 years
