At least 12 years of educational background (11 years possible depending on the national system), within 3 years after final graduation, age 18 to 25, unmarried, no failed subjects in final educational background, wishes to proceed to graduate school/university/vocational school, JLPT N5 or higher, has a financial supporter who can pay tuition for each year, can pay tuition and fees within 7 days after COE issuance notice, has a financial supporter who can support tuition and living costs, can live in the school dormitory until graduation, non-smoker, no tattoos, healthy with no history of surgery or congenital disease, no previous history of applying for student visa
