NAGOYA NISSEI JAPANESE LANGUAGE SCHOOL

• completed 12 years or more of school education or an equivalent course
• at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment
• has a clear study purpose and future plan and aims to advance to university or vocational school
• has 150 hours or more of Japanese study history (A1 level equivalent; for October and January entrants
• A2 level equivalent)
• has a reliable guarantor/financial supporter
• physically and mentally healthy and does not have a chronic illness that may make continuing study abroad difficult
• has no tattoos
• has been or is expected to be legally permitted to enter Japan
• neither the applicant nor family/relatives has a past record of illegal stay in Japan or punishment for crimes
• has not come to Japan as a technical intern trainee within the past 2 years
