Have a clear purpose for studying in Japan and clear future goals, have Japanese ability in JLPT / J.TEST / NAT-TEST or equivalent as recognized by a school teacher, be able to comply with Japanese laws and school regulations, pass the entrance examination, be physically and mentally healthy, have completed 12 years of school education or an equivalent course or be expected to complete it, have been permitted to enter Japan through legitimate procedures or be expected to be permitted, have graduated from the last school within 5 years, be able to pay tuition and living expenses in Japan
