Submit application documents for administrative processing, obtain Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Immigration Department, remit one year of expenses (tuition fee and dormitory fee), obtain a passport, apply for a College Student Visa at a Japanese Embassy or Consulate, inform the administration office after visa issuance for entry arrangements

Application may be rejected when all available student slots are filled
