Applicants eligible for admission must meet all of the following conditions: 1) Applicants who wish to pursue higher education at a university
graduate school
or vocational college in Japan. 2) Applicants who meet one of the following: ① Have completed at least 12 years of formal schooling outside Japan. ② Have completed a course recognized as equivalent to ① ③ Have passed an examination certifying academic ability equivalent to ① ④ Are expected to complete ① or ② before enrollment. 3) Applicants must be in good health and capable of completing long-term study. 4) Applicants must have a financial sponsor with sufficient means to cover tuition and living expenses. 5) Applicants must have a clear and specific motivation for studying in Japan.
